Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy is as Follows:

Flights: Both domestic and international flights are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible only if permitted by the airline.
Hotels: Hotel cancellation refunds will depend on the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.
Activities: Activities cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, mechanical issues, or climate change are non-refundable.
Transfers: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations of car, bus, train, or boathouse transfers due to internal vehicle problems (e.g., A/C failure, heater malfunction) or breakdowns caused by road conditions or weather.
Visa: The visa application fee is non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
Insurance: Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is applied.

Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Entrance Fees, Camera fee, Guide charges, parking fees (Wherever applicable) & Transit fare is needed.
