Terms & Conditions:

Early check in to the hotel is subject to availability.
Hotel standard check in time: 14.00 Hrs. & check out time: 11.00 Hrs. (May Vary)
Quote may change without any prior notice as per hotel policy.
The change in date will attract new quote.
Package cost may change due to increase in the exchange rate, fuel cost, dynamic fare or Govt. taxes or due to high demand during the peak season.
Package cost may vary if any changes in number of packs.
Booking changes: The client has the right to request non-major modifications of the tour including the sightseeing, Route, Destination, Activities & Duration that do not materially affect the package cost.
First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability during the time of booking of mentioned hotels, we shall provide similar category hotels (if, as mentioned in the quotation) or else will advise the amended rates for different category.
Booking process from our end will be initiated only after receiving a confirmation mail from your end along with 50% advance in case of Tour Packages and 100% in case of Air Ticketing & Hotel Booking after which that specific booking is to be considered as Confirmed Booking.
Balance amount must be paid in full before the deadline given by us at the time of booking.
After receiving full and final payment only, the Final Confirmation Vouchers will be issued from our end along with Tour Detailed Itinerary, Hotel Reservation Vouchers, Air-Ticket Vouchers, Visa etc.
In case visa is rejected, the Visa Fee & Visa Processing Fees / Service Charge is Non-Refundable under any circumstances and Tour Package cost will attract the same cancellation policy.
Before confirming booking, please review and verify the all aspects of your booking accuracy of the passengers first & last names, passport number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify us immediately if any omissions and any corrections are needed regarding the booking details. After confirmed booking, you voluntarily assume full & sole responsibility for all the risks involved with failure to report such errors and omissions.
In case visa is rejected, the Visa Fee & Visa Processing Fees / Service Charge is Non-Refundable under any circumstances and Tour Package cost will attract the same cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation of confirmed booking please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
The below mentioned cancellation policy cannot be applicable if the tour booked on long weekends & festivals.
Refund will be made only after producing the original cash receipt.
It is mandatory to carry Original Valid Photo Identity Proofs of all travellers & especially Child Age Proof & Photo Identity Proof for both Domestic & International Travel, we won’t be responsible any discrepancy arising due to failure to Produce such documents or Mismatch (not identical) in Name or Age as they are on Booking Vouchers.
Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers has fixed timings or scheduled operation time table, so please note that in case you book your own flight tickets, make sure your flight timings coincide with SIC Timings.
CHILD POLICY: from 0-12 months considered as Infant, from 02 – 08 years is considered as Child and 08 years and above is considered as adult.
The package rates are subject to change without notice depends on USD currency fluctuation against INR Currency.

Payment Policy:

75% from the total package cost has to be paid before 60 days prior to travel to hold the booking.
100% from the total pack package cost has to be paid before 45 days prior to travel to confirm the booking.
Full package cost of 100% has to be paid to get the confirmation voucher.
For Flight + Holiday Packages, 100% package cost has to be paid before 60 days prior to travel.
